This two-hour session is intended specifically for family members and individuals supporting a loved one with their mental health. As a caregiver, this session will provide valuable insights into recognizing the signs of a mental health crisis, and connecting individuals with appropriate support services, as well as steps that can be taken to prevent crisis relapses.
