Report Card on complex mental health

Ontario’s mental health system does not consistently meet the needs of people living with complex and persistent mental illness, resulting in repeated gaps across care, continuity, and recovery support.

Produced by the Institute for Advancements in Mental Health (IAM), it examines system performance across six domains and finds that in four, outcomes fall well short of what people and families need to achieve stability and recovery.
