Facilitated by a mental health professional and a family member, our program covers the challenges that caregivers can face while supporting someone living with psychosis – regardless of their diagnosis. You’ll learn practical strategies for communication, setting healthy boundaries, relapse prevention, crisis planning, as well as caregiver well-being. This program is intended specifically for caregivers.
